The Enduro Team trains together on and off the bike to become better riders, smarter racers and awesome teammates.
Typically for ages 13 – 19, but open to 6th and 7th graders who are moving up from Youth All MTN Team for after school practices.
We primarily focus on the enduro race format. While we pedal to earn our turns, it’s all about ripping the descents on the way down!
Expert coaches share their understanding of skills, fitness and race preparation to help riders succeed
Ride more technical terrain with speed, strength, confidence and flow
Train together to acquire the skills, fitness and judgement required to ride in new locations & events.
We build speed and confidence through skills, efficiency, knowledge, and riding together.

Coaching Support
Weekly team practices provide the appropriate amount of work and correct training loads for all riders to have a successful season. Our systematic training and skills progression is proven to keep juniors progressing throughout each season and for their entire time as a junior racer.
Regular attendance is important because coaches shape each practice to build up each rider’s skill, fitness, and knowledge. Practice formats and locations vary to keep things fresh. A few examples are:
Ride from our office to maximize time on the trail and work on skills while building endurance
Shuttle up and ride back to our office to maximize time descending
Drive out to other trailheads in the area to ride different areas and practice different skills
Set up timed-training runs to work with coaches to prepare for competition and have fun challenging yourself to ride your best.
In addition to the group rides under coach supervision, Enduro Race Team Riders have access to our online training program through TrainingPeaks to see any specific planned workouts, record activities and get specific feedback from the coaches as needed.
Racing is optional but encouraged as it provides focus to training and is a great way to ride new trails in new places. Riders can travel separately or preferably with the team for full support including: coaches, most food, lodging, pre-rides, mechanical help, transportation, etc.
Trips and Camps are priced individually and use a different system for payment.
Races in RED are priority races that we want to support with a team trip — you should sign up for those early to get a good price on registration. Other events may not have enough team riders to send a coach or run a trip but you can sign up to travel on your own or communicate on the TeamSnap chat to carpool.
