Meissner Bus:
- Full payment is collected at the time of booking.
- No refunds or exchanges for incorrect reservations or missed shuttles.
- Reservation change requests allowed up to 48 hrs in advance.
- In the event that the Meissner Bus is cancelled, reservations will be rescheduled or credited as a gift card.
Cog Wild single day guided rides, skills instruction, shuttles; CJC tuition and day trips trips:
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance will be collected 48 hours before the start of your activity.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your activity and no shows are not eligible for a credit or refund.
Custom or private guided rides, shuttles and CJC multi-day travel:
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
- A final guest count must be received 7 days prior to your event.
- Remaining balance will be collected 7 days prior to your event.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of your activity no shows are not eligible for a credit or refund.
Cog Wild multi-day trips:
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to the start of your event.
- Cancellations made with in 30 days before the start of your activity are not eligible for a credit or refund, please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Weather and environmental conditions:
Mountain biking happens outside: Guided rides, skills clinics and shuttles operate in all but the most extreme or unsafe environmental conditions. Cog Wild reserves the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (global pandemic, forest fire and subsequent smoke, thunderstorms, torrential rain or snow, etc) and there will be no refunds; Cog Wild will first work with you to move to a safe location or reschedule your event and if that is not possible, issue a raincheck gift card for your reservation.
