Cog Wild’s Home Base for Outdoor Adventurers
Cog Wild owns and operates an airbnb rental in Uptown Oakridge. The house is located a couple blocks from Cog’s headquarters in uptown, a short ride or walk to Ray’s Supermarket or the Willamette Mountain Mercantile and the Three Legged Crane Pub. Ride multiple loops from the house or coast down to Cog Wild to join a shuttle.
The open, south facing living room has a smart TV with an apple tv box so you can access your own media streaming accounts. The wifi router is in the living room so you can plug in directly if you plan to work remotely. The wifi service is 40 mbps.
There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one small bathroom.
The kitchen is newly remodeled and well equipped for cooking meals: plenty of pots and pans, serving dishes, even a crock pot so you can have hot food after your adventure. There is a standard drip coffee machine and a french press. There is no dishwasher.
Off the back of the house is a deck overlooking the backyard with views across to Larison Ridge. After your summer adventure, grill out on the deck and enjoy the fading light or relax in a hammock strung between big old oak trees. The garage below the house has a washer and dryer and has plenty of storage space for bikes.
Pets are allowed with prior consent from the owner and for an additional $45 pet fee. The back yard is fenced in and there are many easy dog walks from the house. Towels to wipe off muddy paws are provided.
