Add more to your trip

Oregon has hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails—enough to keep a rider busy for weeks on end! We can show you the goods. Talk to us about adding more rides, staying extra days, or finding more to do while on vacation.

Dates: Daily.

Times: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Start Location: Cog Wild Headquarters

*This is the price per person for a minimum of 4 riders. If there are less than 4 riders, then the cost of the tour will still be $110 x 4 = $440.

Riding Distance

20 – 40+ miles, depending on rider level, weather and trail conditions. We customize this route for you.

Varies, depending on route. Expect climbing and descending on all routes.

Rider Level

Strong intermediate to advanced riders. The route can vary in length and technical features; however, this is a full day that covers at least 20 miles of trail.

Terrain & Trails

Depending on route, the trails offer a little bit of everything, from fast and flowing descents to sustained steep climbs or technical sections to keep you on your toes. Terrain can vary widely from expansive high desert to wildflower-laden forests.

Recommended Clothing & Gear

Hydration pack or backpack for carrying a full day’s worth of water and lunch, riding gloves and clothing layers. Cog Wild will provide each rider with a water bottle to keep after the ride. If you have a particular ride food that you love, bring it. Helmets are required for all rides. Bring your camera!

I have already done the Mt. Bachelor to Bend tour? Does this tour repeat my ride?

This Central Oregon Day Tour is not a set route. With hundreds of miles of trails to choose from, we can do multiple routes with minimal trail repeats. Or we can ride a completely different area too. Let us know how many days you want to ride and we will make sure you get the goods! We will also make sure to not repeat where you have already ridden.

I have heard there are a lot of trails within an hour of Bend. Will this tour be on some of those trails?

Yes! There are over 250 miles of trails within an hour and half from Bend and they are all available at different times of the biking season. Cog Wild will choose the best location for the current conditions, so you’ll never battle snow, mosquitos, dusty conditions or downed trees. We love to share our favorite adventure rides in the Ochoco Mountains, the Cascade Lakes and the High Desert with riders who love to shred. Do you have a group of advanced riders who can be gone all day? Let’s go!

Why is there a 4-person minimum on this tour?

We want our guests to have the best experience and these tours may require more driving time, which requires more staff time for us. We try our best to fill tours so they meet the 4-person minimum.
