Winter Shuttles!
Join Cog Wild every Thursday night to be shuttled to a sno-park outside of Bend for evening snow fun!
Details:
When: Every Thursday, leaving Cog Wild's office at 5:30pm. We plan to arrive at the sno-park around 6pm, and meet back at the van at 8:45pm. We should be back in Bend just after 9pm. This gives you almost 3 hours to snowshoe, skate ski or cross country ski.
Cost: $10 per person.
What's included: A shuttle ride.
What you need to provide yourself: Gear, warm clothing, head lamp & food and water. Skis and/or snoeshoes are available for rent from one of the many shops in town. Maps of the trails are also available through local shops. It is popular to bring food and drinks to share in the hut if you plan to make it to one of the huts.
Please RSVP: We do expect the van to fill up, so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your spot! In the winter we have reduced office hours, so please leave a voicemail and your phone number incase you do get our answering machine.
